 That the mind is a good thing. Today matters. That's itself is good enough.

Overcome my fear of trusting people. I know there's people in this world who love me and want the best for me.

Helped know I can overcome anything that comes my way (good or bad).

Also that I have a support system that I've never had before. AMEN
